Shipping and delivery
Draft prepared for OzzBaba. Have a lawyer review it for every country you operate in before relying on it.
How delivery works
Suppliers sell to buyers anywhere OzzBaba operates. After an order is confirmed, the supplier either arranges delivery itself or books a verified shipping company from the order page. The shipping company quotes, collects and updates the tracking, and the order moves to shipped when the goods are collected and delivered when they arrive.
Lead times and costs
Lead time, shipping cost and incoterms (who pays freight, insurance, duties and taxes) are agreed between buyer and supplier and should be confirmed in messages before ordering. Shipping prices from a shipping company are quoted in the order's currency and exclude tax unless stated.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may attract import duties, taxes and customs fees. Unless the supplier has agreed otherwise in writing, these are the buyer's responsibility. Suppliers must provide accurate customs documents. See the Buyer policy and Supplier policy.
Tracking
Always use the tracking number on the order page. Marking an order delivered is a statement that the goods have arrived. Do not confirm delivery until you have checked them.
Problems
If goods are late, lost, damaged or not as described, follow Refunds, returns and disputes.
